About Alice

BSc. (Hons), MSc. Vet Phys, NAVP, BHSAI
Alice has always had a passion for horses, pursuing an equine career path from the age of 16, when she spent many happy and informative years at Hartpury College. Alice got into physiotherapy after experiencing the huge benefits of treatment on her own horses and has never looked back.
During her time at Hartpury College she was able to observe many different equine therapies leading her to choose a specialist animal based career path with the NAVP. Alongside studying she spent a lot of time working on different private and professional yards gaining a large amount of industry experience from top level eventing and show jumping, to pleasure driving and endurance, giving her a varied and firm grounding in the equine industry. During this time she also gained her BHSAI instructors qualification, spent 3 years working as an instructor and still enjoys teaching when time allows.
Alice has been running regular Equine Gym Clinics at World Horse Welfare, Glenda Spooner Farm for the last 2 years, Alice welcomes all horses and riders to the fun, friendly clinics and uses a variety of different pole work exercises to challenge rider skill set.

In her spare time Alice enjoys spending time with her own horse Daisy, especially if it involves eventing. Alice bought Daisy as a 5yo ex-racehorse and has produced her with success at Elementary dressage and Novice level eventing, but most of all she is a well loved memeber of the family.

Alice provides a personal and professional physiotherapy service treating animals of all shapes and sizes with a specialism in horses. Alice treats every horse as an individual and strives to find solutions and create a plan following her moto:

striving for soundness, suppleness and success.
